Patrick J. Brown, a leadership & organizational coach, is the lead consultant at Brown Resources Unlimited, LLC. Brown Resources Unlimited is committed to promoting personal and organizational growth through coaching, consulting, training, assessment, research and community of practice. He is also a Change and Innovation Lead with one of the largest global management consulting firms.  

Patrick believes that impact first happens by way of self-transformation and personal renewal which creates a climate of change that matters. Patrick introduces and engages conversation about such issues as culture, change, and leadership in a manner that is innovative and strategic with sustainable results. He is the author of Change Matters: 21 Principles of the Process, Purpose and Product of Change.

Carmela E. Head

Director of Renewal & Community Programs

Carmela E. Head is the founder and Managing Director of First Glance, LLC, a Christian prolific inspirational writer, empowerment speaker, facilitator, blogger, and podcaster with over 20 years of engaging audiences in various capacities.  Having had a strong background in the professional governmental sector and acquired competencies in Family Advocacy in the educational arena, Carmela utilize her knowledge and skills to create, build and implement effective sustainable programs. 

Carmela is a Personal & Organizational Development Consultant & Coach with a variety of certifications and her passion to empower others to discover and maximize their self-development.

Carmela currently serves as the Director of Renewal & Community Programs at the Renewal Center, her desire is to bring forth revelation to others to be all that God has created them to be through restoration, renewal and hospitality.

Carmela, a change agent, who’s focus is on transformation and mindset development, has the authored “Be Transformed: Empowering You For Destiny”, “Daily Moments of Serenity Inspirational Journal”, and “5 Quick Tips: Effective Time Management for Women. Carmela also serves as a contributing author for a ministry publication.

Carmela is enriching her knowledge in Biblical Studies at Moody Bible Institute, holds a Masters Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and a Certificate of Learning & Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Hope T. Melton

Hope T. Melton is the founder of Hope Diamonds Ministries Est. in 2011.  She focuses on developing others in unearthing their God-ordained destiny and walking in authenticity.  dedicated to bringing deliverance to the bound, healing the broken, and setting the captives free.

Hope,  The I.D. Strategist believes that true transformation can only occur when we discover and understand who we are, which creates a shift in our thinking that enhances our lives. She emphasizes the importance of DIGGING DEEP to find one's authentic self.  

Hope has taken part in a variety of leadership training. As well as traveling and imparting prophetic insight, prophetic training, and establishing prophetic foundations. In addition to providing pastoral care and leadership counsel, she has also provided leadership training.  Hope has ministered and traveled intensively on numerous platforms, proclaiming the word of God.
 
Hope Currently serves as the Director of Digital  Renewal & Stewardship at the Renewal Center,  she desires to bring renewal and hospitality through digital platforms.  

Hope attended Hope Bible Institute, studied Biblical Studies and Theology, and received a Master Of Divinity.  She is  the author of; The Making Of A Diamond( My Personal Journey)  author of the journal  companion (The Making Of A Diamond  Journal )

Hope has an immersive background in technology Hope works as an  Assistant Vice President - Service Delivery where she oversees and maintains LaserJet printers and MFPs Along with the board executives, supporting the company's strategies and procedures for growth and development. Assuring that all company policies and legal procedures are followed by all employees.

Emmett S. Head

Digital  Media Consultant 

Emmett S. Head focuses on his craft of videography, photography, media design, graphic design, and fine arts.  Emmett currently uses his expertise by launching forward the Renewal Center’s Digital Design Platform as we expand our glocal community. While developing his craft in the arts, Emmett is a travel enthusiast.

 Emmett is a  graduate of The University of North Carolina. He holds a  Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media and a Bachelor of Art in Africana Studies. Emmett has an Associate of Arts Degree in the area of Art from Central Piedmont Community College.

Emmett currently serves at The Renewal Center as a Digital Media Consultant
and works at WBTV as an Editor and Photographer/Videographer.
