Corporately, he is also a Talent & Organization Lead with a global management consulting firms. Patrick believes that impact first happens by way of self-transformation and personal renewal which creates a climate of change that matters. Patrick introduces and engages conversation about such issues as culture, change, and leadership in a manner that is innovative and strategic with sustainable results. Carmela E. Head is the founder and Managing Director of First Glance, LLC, a Christian prolific inspirational writer, empowerment speaker, facilitator, blogger, and podcaster with over 20 years of engaging audiences in various capacities. Having had a strong background in the professional governmental sector and acquired competencies in Family Advocacy in the educational arena, Carmela utilize her knowledge and skills to create, build and implement effective sustainable programs.

Emmett S. Head
Digital Media Consultant
Emmett S. Head focuses on his craft of videography, photography, media design, graphic design, and fine arts. Emmett currently uses his expertise by launching forward the Renewal Center’s Digital Design Platform as we expand our glocal (global + local) community. While developing his craft in the arts, Emmett is a travel enthusiast.
Emmett is a graduate of The University of North Carolina-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media and a Bachelor of Art in Africana Studies. Emmett has an Associate of Arts Degree in Art from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC.

Monique Jackson

Apostle/Pastor
Apostle Monique is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where she serves as the founder of Kingdom@Work and a member of the Renewal Center’s ministry team.
Monique is an educational leader and has worked with children and families for over 25 years. She holds an A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Roxbury Community College, a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Gardner Webb University. She has been employed with the local school district in Charlotte, North Carolina for more than 15 years and served in multiple directorships in Boston.
Monique has worn many hats over the years in the local church during her 30-year tenure. She began her faith journey in Boston under the guidance of the late Bishop Alphonza Jones, pastor of Saint Paul Church. While under his tutelage Monique learned the importance of studying and teaching the word of the Lord. She received and was ordained in 1994 as an Elder in the local church where she served in many different capacities. In the year 2000 Monique was called to serve as an Auxiliary Bishop to the Department of Youth for Pentecost Temple of the Holy Ghost Ministries, where she served faithfully for many years
Apostle Monique relocated to the Charlotte region in the summer of 2004. The Lord had given her a 3-step plan that would launch her and her family into a new phase of ministry. It was here in 2009 that Apostle Monique heard and accepted the call to pastor. She established by the leading of Holy Spirit, Mount Sinai Greater Deliverance Ministries and “Steps2Success” a nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals become self-sufficient in all areas of life.
Apostle Monique established Kingdom@Work in 2020 during the pandemic. The ministry began as a weekly online prayer for individuals she was connected to in the workplace. The ministry has continued to evolve and now offers weekly sessions to empower, encourage and connect sharing kingdom principles to be applied in a practical way.
Apostle Monique is proud of her most recent accomplishments as a twice published author. Her first published work is a children's book released in 2022 in addition to a 21 Day Prayer and Devotional Journal.
